Membership terms, privacy and other policies for The Real Play Co. Anything not yet confirmed is marked clearly rather than guessed at.

Membership Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all memberships and passes issued by The Real Play Co.

  • A valid photo ID is required to use this pass.
  • The pass may only be used for the child it is issued to.
  • Passes are non-refundable and hold no cash value.
  • Passes are non-transferable and cannot be frozen or paused.
  • Your pass is validated at check-in at The Real Play Co.
  • Unlimited access applies to drop-in play hours only.
  • We occasionally close for private events — please check our current hours before you travel.
  • The complimentary one-hour tutoring session with an Ontario Certified Teacher is available for Kindergarten to Grade 6 and is subject to availability. Booking is required.

Privacy Policy
